The title was made from two layers of different colored text - one layer moved a couple of pixels to the side and down
Under the title is a brush - if you want a straight line (which I didn't) hold down the shift key while dragging your brush
The brown rectangle can be used for text or another photoa simple page layout idea - scraplifted from an old layout - not necessarily a title page, but...
