Remember too that you can fine-tune your results simply by swapping the colours white and black back and forth to brush out or brush back in parts of your image. .... now unless you specifically want to know something that I might be able to help with. Thanks Lillias. I had some trouble with switching B&W but never took screen shots. I think it is sorted out. If I have time this morning, I'll see if I can repeat. This is a pileated woodpecker (which I have posted before) and is North America's largest woodpecker. They are not disturbed by humans but they tend to work for food high in trees and hard to photograph. They are not common by around. Clive

Lillias Thanks Lillias, Fast ... tried two different things. Both worked but I am not keen on the circle...still have it as a layer so could delete it. The outer layer looks decent. Juniper plant, with a radial blur that has also been blurred. Thanks for your help. Gotta run for now ... packing for a road trip today. Clive

The Lion is known as the King of the Jungle so I had to add him to my Safari Park. The BG is a paper by Tiramisu from her Enjoyable Time Art templates and adapted by myself. On top of that I placed a texture by Shadowhouse creations and masked off most of the centre leaving only the corners to act as a kind of vignette. Images from pixabay, clipart from cleanpng, kisspng and HiClipart. Also used a brush stroke overlay by Jai Johnson using the colour burn blend mode and again I masked off some from the lions face.

Your description has me searching for the different added elements, Lillias. They are beautifully blended on your page.

I really like how this has all come together, a little bit grungy too. I like the patchy vignette you created.
