Some great entries for Alex's music challenge last month. I am hoping that he captured some great images from his trip and will still share when he has time. I have changed my mind a number of times for the topic for this month. Finally decided to go with one that I considered awhile back. I don't have any recent pictures but do have a few from the archives (which are always welcome for the B&W Challenge) to get it started. Look forward to seeing your pictures of a variety of "Work Places".

Nice start for the challenge, Howard. He looks like a serious cook.

Good topic - Here's one I remembered from my archives - a glassblower at work in New Zealand (still have one of the end products!) Tony

Always fun to look back and find pictures that we have taken that fit the theme......nice addition, Tony. It's a fascinating process.

From my archives. Taken during a photo tour of the Martin Guitar factory. This gentleman was checking the thickness of the guitar’s finish. Used Silver Efex to convert to b&w.

The market this morning was a lovely place to work. The shadows were pretty harsh, but the fellow does play a beautiful accordion. Shot B/W in camera. Fuji X100V, Tri-X 400 Push Process simulation. Thanks for the theme Helen!

You are so good about finding current pictures for a given theme, Bill. Too bad it doesn't come with sound.....
