both Chevys of different vintages. Been a while since they were on the road! Cool pix, Tony. I believe the first car is a 1961 Chevy. The older one is probably in the mid-late 1930's. Its radiator emblem looks like it says "Kaiser" on it though? Thanks Jim: The name on the radiator grill is Master so it's a Chevy Master probably a 1935 - they were made between 1933 and 1942 and were the most expensive model in the Chevy range at that time. Tony Thanks for the info. Tony. Yeah, my old eyes were misreading that emblem. I looked them up on the internet but most of the pix of them were of customized Masters. Here is a pic I found of an original 1935 Master Deluxe that had the distinctive suicide front door. Beautiful cars!

Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward's Rolls Royce Jacki, quite a shot! Great DOF, spot-on focus, and use of negative space.

I would have liked to submit an image taken from above for a unique perspective. However, looking out you would think that cars only came in three colors....black, white and some variation of grey. Going out to the side parking lot I was rewarded with this treat for the eyes. Helen, nice reward! That's a treat for the eyes indeed -- a bright red VW. It's a pity we can't see the entire car in one single shot.

Was passing by a car graveyard today so had to stop for a couple of pictures - both Chevys of different vintages. Been a while since they were on the road! Tony, great finding. It's not every day we see a car graveyard. I like how the cars are naturally framed by the foliage and tree branches.

If you drive around a small village you might come across some older cars. The Village of Cowley did not disappoint. Clive, and you didn't disappoint in your capture of them. These are vintage cars at their best.

Sorta kinda back, I am, in my neighborhood. It's so hot it has to be parked in the shade?? cjt, WOW! That's quite a car -- bright red, shiny (a hot rod?). Your shot does justice to its beauty.

How about a Sunbeam Alpine? Bill, what a jewel! It seems to be in good condition. Look at that fin! One more from me ... this time my own car. Taken on the Canby, Oregon Ferry this morning, crossing the Willamette River. It looks really good -- shiny, clean, well-taken care of, and . . . a Toyota. Way to go!

My Toy! 1999 Mazda Miata, 110,000 original km's! Wayne, amazing! It doesn't look that old; you have taken good care of your toy. To many more years of Zoom Zoom!
