I like this much better! You might want to fine tune the branches on the left (or not). It's crazy how much snow we don't have! Our temps seem to stay around -2 at night to +6 in the day. There is a skiff of snow, making hiking icy, but in town it is mostly gone. What are you up to that is keeping you so busy? I see what you mean about the thin trunks on the left. They were bleached white and charred black so they appear intermittently. Will consider an course of action. Thanks. We often have little snow on this side so this year is not too unusual. Mtn snowpack is low but within the normal range. We need record snow as there is no water in our reservoirs. But always scared to wish for more. I recall June 1995 after 1994 was dry and the rivers low. May-June 1995 was a train wreck with massive rains on a big snow pack. To quote the then publisher of the Pincher Creek paper in a radio interview, "Some of your listeners will know the blue bridge aka or canyon bridge across the Castle River at Beaver Mines. Well we don't know where the bridge is." Funny line. The torrent of water tore the 1000--ton bridge out and carried it way downstream. So, we need snow and rain. We do not need another 1995. Fingers crossed. Busy? Taking too many photos. Walking. Honey Do chores. Boosting the wealth of Jeff Bezos via Amazon orders. Family stuff. Yesterday's outing photo folder. And these were just sitting birds. Is there a support group for people like me?

I like your aide, I think. I haven't really used masking but I'm wondering if you could make the "glow" more editable by doing the opposite of what you have done. In other words, how about masking the black 'background' instead of the trees? You could then make almost any background 'glow'.
