"Peace in the midst of the storm." Added Pexels' tree branches and Resource Boy's lightening brushes. Finished it off with Jodi's frame style #1/style #7 border Jim, a beautiful and inspiring editing of the starter image. I envision it as a note card.

Applied lithograph effect to the image - added bird back in and blended with the colour blend mode at 70% opacity just to bring back a little colour. BG from Pixabay Other Bird images I had done before some time ago. They are from Pixabay, stamp shape from pngegg, postal stamp from cleanpng. Lillias, your knack for putting elements together is displayed here. Very nice indeed!

Attractive blend of complementary colors, Sepiana. It looks like a hand-painted image from a late 19th century or early 20th century book of flowers and/or birds.

Took image into TS and applied the Crumbling Beach effect with a Hue blend mode. Back in PSE I selected the bird and branch and put on own layer. I applied the Bass Relief filter to that layer and also the Colour blend mode. I used a levels adjustment layer to strengthen the colour and on top of everything I added an Impressionistic canvas from Ashe Designs and gave it the Multiply blend mode. Added a shadow frame to finish.
