What route does one take to get the free upgrade from Elements 13 to 14. Note I am in UK
I tried customer services and was given:-
020 7365 0735
They gave me:-
adobe.com/getsupport
This just goes round is circles or I get to the page where I can buy 14 at the upgrade full price; not free.
Any help appreciated

Thank you. Supplied chat with Elements 13 Serial number and pdf of my Amazon 13 order. Now downloading Elements 14 trail and waiting 7-10 days for activation.

I have gone through Chat to request the free upgrade but not sure I'll get it as I paid a discounted price in the first place. Bayla, you bought yours at the same place/price as I did. What did they say about it to you on Chat?

They said I qualified to & would get the dl & serial number in 10 days. They saw the invoice from Amazon with the discounted price, but it was not a problem. Give it a try!

If you don't hear from them within 7-10 (working) days, I would suggest you post in the Adobe Photoshop Elements forum. Adobe employees will help expedite the process (as this thread shows).
Complimentary Upgrade from Ver 13 t0 14, within 30 day window

Because of other, non Adobe, problems I did not bother to look at my Adobe Id account until yesterday. When I looked the serial number was there; don't know when it arrived.

I saw another thread by Bayla and discovered I have to have bought PSE around the time of the release of their newest version. I bought PSE13 last March, so no I do not get the free version.......sigh...... |
