Hi, it's very tempting offer from Custco, but I am from Europe; do you know if it is possible for an EU-Citizen to get it for the price? First, I do not know what Custco is (and this whole member fee thing?). Second, I do not really need the discs, only the valid and legal serial number. Do they sell discs or licences only? Regards, Maciej Hi Maciej, Welcome to the forum; glad you found us. Costco is a warehouse type shop where you have to be a member, via a member's fee, in order to shop there. Depending on where in Europe you live you might have these, albeit perhaps under another name. I know the UK has Costco, whereas Germany has Metro. Depending on where you live also depends on the deals you can get for the latest PSE 14. There is the upgrade feature directly from Adobe, if you already own a version of Photoshop Elements, or you could try and see if your Amazon store has a special offer on. Perhaps you could help us by letting us know where in Europe you are so that we can give you more specific advise.

Hey, welcome to PSE&M matchay! I hope you find what you need here and become an active member.
As to Costco, it is a members-only discount retailer in the U.S. Sorry! We do have members here that do report on exceptional deals though, so some other may well come along. I think there is a post here about the current cost in Europe on Amazon, but I don't recall what it is.

Amazon.co.uk are currently selling PSE 14 at £53.99 (GBP) I don't know what it would be in other European countries. Neither did I know we had a Costo in UK Julie

As to Costco . . .
Costco is available in other countries besides the USA.

I just have a plain old laptop but the display is much batter.
Costco is a fee based membership and it does supply the disks with its version of PSE. The PSE version offered by Costco is a full version with a Costco link to print pictures in their version.
I don't know if you have Black Friday in Europe(day after Thanksgiving in US) but generally around that time Amazon and Sams Club will have PSE discounted. Costco has the discount normally in Nov. for the month. If you have Costco(or internet access to it for Europe) you can buy without being a member with a 10% surcharge. I am not sure is Sams Club offers that.
You need to check almost daily on Amazon to catch a deal.

I don't know if you have Black Friday in Europe(day after Thanksgiving in US) Unfortunately no such thing exists in Europe. The UK has certain Sale dates, i.e. end of summer, winter, etc, and then there is the massive Boxing Day Sale where you might be able to pick up a cheap copy of PSE. In my opinion Amazon is probably your best bet in Europe, unless there are other online retailers that offer this program cheaper. As I said previously, it would help if we knew which European country the OP is residing in.

Not normally, if the price is available the shipping cost is often more than you save. Costco is an American supermarket type chain.
We always get a raw deal in the UK and Europe!!!!
PS. Like so many 'American' inventions Black Friday is slowly emerging in the UK!!!!!

Like so many 'American' inventions Black Friday is slowly emerging in the UK!!!!! I'm sorry to hear that! There are actually a few retailers this year that are refusing to engage in the black friday frenzy.

Thanks to everyone for addressing my question! Surely the shipping costs kill the most of good offers. I will wait for the Black Friday, possibly I can get the upgrade cheaper in the UK or in Germany itself (where I currently live). Thanks for the suggestions!
Regards, Maciej

As for Costco allowing a purchase with a 5% surcharge - I wasn't able to make it work when I tried. There was no option for non-members to purchase (US website) - however, it could be that I didn't do it correctly. I purchased my former version - PSE11 - at Costco as a non-member, so was surprised I wasn't able to do it this time.
I purchased PSE14 at Amazon (US website) - I had free shipping as an Amazon Prime member, (PSE14 cost $40) - but even if I had to pay shipping, it was cheaper than what I found other places.
I purchased the box with the discs because if you do that, you get both the Mac and the Windows version in one box. Since I have both types of machines, I am not limited as to where I can "play" with PSE.
If you purchase the download, you will get either the Mac or the Windows version - NOT both. I do not know if you can go back to them and for your second machine, get the download for the other version.
(I am operating under the assumption that I can put PSE on two machines, although I've never done that in the past - so I've never tested this theory.)
