These are getting better and better. So many different ideas - but all executed flawlessly.

Jancy ....nice to see you join in! Thanks for showing people what can be done with Perfect Effects. I like your framing technique! michelb. Nice seeing you here as well. Seems like ages ago that you introduced me to a dng converter, but I've never forgotten how helpful you were. I really like the tones and sketch - like look of your image. If you have the time could you tell people what you used to et this effect? ritage....looks like a wreath that could hang on the door of the home as a welcome. Very clever! PeteB ....this home really lends itself to a sketch technique, doesn't it? We always enjoy seeing your sketches....and thanks for telling us about the use of the NIK filter.....don't think I've ever used that one. Janice....thanks for commenting on the submissions this week. I wasn't sure if this would be a good image for people to work with or not but once again our members are helping us see the reward of a little creativity.

Hi Frank I'm probably stupid but not being familiar with all the workings of PSE I have been intrigued as to how you managed to get rid of the upper floor of this lovely house and still have all the tree and bushes details intact. My sub-conscious has obviously been at work – even if it has taken quite a while – but last night in bed I had a kind of an 'aha' moment and couldn't wait till this morning to try out my theory and it worked. Thank you for making me think 'outside the box'. Now I'm feeling quite pleased with myself in a childish kind of way…lol

I truly sorry to hear that my image kept you up a night, I am glad that you are now pleased with yourself for thinking out of the box.
