Taken at our local Butterfly World. At the same location as the above. They also have spiders, snakes etc. whippet,
Great interpretations of this theme! My favorite is the second image. I really like its simplicity (no clutter). The focus is all on that little critter.

Another animal from me - woke up this duck while walking along a lake yesterday. They are so used to humans here that they don't bother to move when they are comfortable so I had to walk round it and of course grab a picture!
Tony,
The duck does seem comfortable with you so up close and personal. I love the details on the feathers. Great capture!

Flowers enhanced with Topaz Impression and a border from OnOne. Helen, Beautiful! Just the right amount of Topaz Impression. I really like the square cropping. It is eye-catching!

Thanks for the theme Sepiana. I'm enjoying seeing all the critters! Posting to imgur again because regardless of which computer I use I can't upload a 1000 pixel wide image on the ingbb site. No worries on my end ... just give the link a click.

Simply beautiful, sharp, and detailed image! Great DOF!
I am going to take the liberty of downloading your image and see if I can upload it via imgbb. I will report back.
EDIT: I am back. Your image uploaded just fine. The size was not a problem. It looks like it is something on your end.

This is a combination of two themes: murals and up close. Ken Kesey mural, installed in Springfield, Oregon (where he grew up) August 23-27 and dedicated August 28, 2015. Outside the Plank Town Brew Pub. It is really a marvel to see in person; all the book titles are readable, etc. (click twice to see). This is the plaque seem to the right of the mural: (click twice to get a readable image)

I love the way he has got the windows hidden in the bookcase. The picture is so realistic, the cycle looks like a small scale model.

That's wonderful Tom, and I didn't know it was there! Next time I'm down that way I want to stop to enjoy it for a moment. Thanks!
