ATTENTION!!!
There is no longer a "next Sunday" posting deadline. You can grab your camera, take your photo, and post it in this thread any time you wish to.
Hi everyone,
Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just take a photo that is your interpretation of the theme and post it in this thread.
- Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else. - Photoshopping is allowed, but should be kept to the basics only rather than a total transformation. - Grab your camera, experiment, and, most of all, have fun.
NOTE
I am assigning no theme this week. It is your turn! Pick a theme which appeals to you, grab your camera, and capture something which will be an interpretation of the theme you chose. Also, let us know what your theme is and how your image relates to it. Have fun!

As I shoot a lot of landscapes I'm always on the look out for interesting looking clouds because you can never have enough cloud pictures to add more interest to a clear blue sky! I'll go with the theme "Weather" because we just had a series of weather fronts go through which got rid of the hot humid air mass and which generated some interesting looking clouds as the sun was setting. Clouds is a good theme. Had a pretty sunset after some rain the other day.

I really like the first two cloud photos and would like to play along, but we're completely out of clouds and likely will be for the near future. So I'll use "long exposure" as my theme and post one of the first photos I took with my new ND 3.0 filter. There'll be a learning curve with the filter for sure, but I think it will be fun. Thanks for the free reign Sepiana!

My theme is FAIRY LIGHTS because the only other images i've shot this week are the sunset ones you've probably already seen in my gallery. This was taken yesterday evening in my garden.

Fairy lights like this, are getting popular. They show up nicely, even though it looks to be only dusk. Nice effect, Scania.

Seeing this man working on a house near-by had me running for my camera. My theme is "fearless". I was amazed to watch him just walking, bending and drinking something on those few planks!

That would make a great scrapbook page Helen. Love the embossed text and the fine border around each photo.

Tony, great choice for a theme. I love how you captured the details on the clouds and the framing effect created by the trees. Another job well done (as usual).

bryston3bsst, you can't go wrong with clouds + sunset. Your image does justice to Mother Nature's beautiful work. Well done!
I don't remember you participating in this challenge before. So, welcome to the Weekly Photo Challenge!
In case you haven't done so yet, here is some information you may want to check.
What is the Weekly Photo Challenge? Weekly Photo Challenge - Index
Recently we made a little change in the time frame format of this challenge. If you don't have the time to take a photo during the week of the theme and post it, you can take a photo any time after that and come back to the thread to post it.

Bill, what a great idea for a theme and what a capture! I love the composition -- the rocks going diagonally across the image, drawing our eyes into it. Beautiful!!!
Congratulations on your recent acquisition! And this is one of the first photos you took using your new ND filter? Amazing! You got it!

Phil, you chose a very interesting theme and you delivered it. Great shot -- sharp, clear. Well done!

Helen, very original theme coupled with the perfect interpretation of it. You have a photographer's eyes. Great job!

I'm a day late, but I had to post something just so you know I'm still here. Theme is "Wee Critters" - model is a least chipmunk gathering seeds in our campground last week.

Rick,
And you are back with a winner! Great DOF and spot-on focus (giving the little critter the attention it deserves). Well done!
I am so glad to see you back. I was wondering where you were. You have always been so supportive of this challenge. Welcome back!
