No problem and yes I agree . Last year my wife and I were in China (Shanghai and Beijing) and the pollution there is terrible. Blue skies just simply do not exist and everything you look at is like looking at it through fog. I took a lot of photos and video. Filtering out the smog, or at least getting the photo to an acceptable level, was a major job in many photos but worth the time in the end. The holiday DVD I made at the end of it all is much better for it. But I digress, so I'll butt out now so this thread can get back on-topic

I agree with you Bayla. Your original picture has much more of the mood and feeling of this desolate place. I like it.

Bill -- Oh! My! I love this. It is material for a Disney movie. Sydney -- Beautiful capture! I love the blue ocean.
stevenm -- The sunset and the cloud formations are a bonus. They really add something to this body of water. Great capture!
Jackscrap -- What happened to your image? We can’t see it.
EDIT: Jackscrap, with Bayla's help I was able to see your image. Fascinating! Such a tiny body of water. Great capture!

Our local village pond. It is divided by a causeway into two bodies of water.

Jackscrap -- What happened to your image? We can’t see it. It's there when you click on the little grey square. Bayla

A family of geese crossing a pond; they got to they other side, walked around and let the ducklings forage, then back again to the other side.

Dennis -- Really, really nice. I love the colors and the reflections. Mariane -- Yes, this little one does count as a body of water. Great image and interpretation. Blackmutt -- Your first upload and a beautiful image. It makes me want to go back to Lake Champlain

Andy -- I love this. The silhouettes are perfect. The sunset added that "something" to this body of water. Tom -- What a lovely image! The geese just made this body of water come alive. Great capture!
