Load the FotoFrank action, click to open the fotofrank folder and run the mystacking action. Frank, and I thought my addiction was gone! 
Did the following tweaking this time -- ran my Split Tone No. 3 action before running your action.

As a bonus, I am providing an Action that does all of this for you. Frank, earlier today I was playing around with some photos and decided to revisit this FUN challenge. After I ran your action, I did the following tweaking.
- Duplicated the layer. - Rotated the layer. - Used the Soft Light blending mode.

My addiction to this effect is still strong. - Created a texture with Filter Forge (Plastic & Glass). - Applied the Hard Light blending mode, 75% Opacity. - Image from Freeimages.  |

I adjusted the layer style to bevel - not as dramatic, but I think I like it better for this photo 
Simple shadow - now I'm not sure what I prefer. I could see this becoming a obsession  |
