To answer Sepiana question.
Duplicated the background Selected, copied and paste the arch on a separate layer Applied the a FLOOD 2 Filter on the duplicated background layer to add the water De-saturated the red roses - they stuck out in a separate Boat document, I applied the flood filter to it. Added in the boat layer and masked it out
Created a composite layer and finished with a custom preset in Luminar.

I also have this filter; I will follow your instructions. I am in awe at the water reflections in your entry; they look SO natural!
