I subscribe to Gary Friedman's blog mainly because he's a Sony guy...but he does include some other goodies at times. This post is about creating impactful black and white images:

Thought my camera was too old to be able to set it to B/W in camera. What a pleasant surprise to find out that I actually can do that.....thanks so much for sharing Vicki. I also am going to follow the Instagram posts.....fabulous pictures....inspiration to the max!

Gary Friedman's blog mainly because he's a Sony guy. Friedman is a smart photographer, technical guru and good writer. I have his two books on the Sony A77 and Sony A7III. Just BTW, VickiD i bought my first SLR in 1968, a Minolta SRT 101, and stayed with Minolta and then Sony all these years.

It's nice that this feature is available to us. I'm sure you'll love following those instagram posts! Friedman is a smart photographer, technical guru and good writer. Clive, I have 2 of his books, as well. He's a great resource for us. I have to admit I was late to the Sony game...switched from Canon a number of years ago. AND it had nothing to do with the fact that my husband worked for Sony. LOL (But getting a discount was a nice bonus!)
