Hi everyone, Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just take a photo that is your interpretation of the theme and post it in this thread. - Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else. - Photoshopping is allowed but should be kept to the basics only rather than a total transformation. - Grab your camera, experiment, and, most of all, have fun.

Diagonal vapour trails from the many flights over London. This shot captured at 8 o'clock this morning on my mobile. Unfortunately, Elements will not allow me open it to resize or do anything with it, so I am crossing my fingers that it turns out satisfactorily. i.ibb.co/J3zDdW6/123.jpgDennis

A garage front shot this morning. Plenty of diagonals. Thanks for the theme Sepiana!

That's wild billz! Still trying to figure out what it is and how you captured it! Tony

I had been thinking about a shot like this of a historic (1897) standpipe water tower for last week but it will work for this week too and as I was passing by today I stopped to shoot some diagonals and dots. The dots are bolts and that's how it was originally built - lots of steel plates bolted together to make a vertical pipe to hold the town's water supply. Tony

Perfect for this theme (and not just one diagonal but several). Well done! It turned out fine. If you need help with this issue, post in the Photoshop Elements Editor board and we will go from there.

A garage front shot this morning. Plenty of diagonals. Thanks for the theme Sepiana! Bill, these diagonals look psychedelic! Not your run-of-the-mill paint job on a garage wall. Great capture!

Tony Tony, this takes top honors for diagonals and dots in one shot! Great composition -- the subject coming into the frame from a corner.

Power poles with diagonals. Clive, lots of diagonals and . . . symmetry to boost. Great finding!

Dots6 Eurasian collared doves on a wire. Rick, great thinking out of the box -- avian dots! Very clever! I really like how you composed your shot -- a minimalist approach.

While awaiting my train, I was idly glancing at this rail map when I suddenly realised that many of its lines fitted the theme - got a shot just as the train pulled in. Likewise the second shot, caught as we passed a small cafeteria in the urban wetlands near Finsbury Park. i.ibb.co/CbMR2XK/Map.jpgi.ibb.co/hV8bpR1/T-C.jpgBrenda

We lived in Rochester and Chatham for seven years.
