Ooohhhh! I have a great idea for this. I hope it pans out. Thanks in advance for the theme Sepiana! Edit: Well that didn't work. Plan B it is! Plan B to the rescue. A cabinet with doors and a truck with doors seen in our parking lot. "People movin' out; People movin' in ..." Thanks again Sepiana. Bill, sorry to hear Plan A didn’t work out but . . . Plan B is a hit. This is the kind of image that makes one go back and look at it again and again -- more than just a door. Very clever!

Doors on my jewellery box. My front and living room doors. I couldn't get far enough back to get all of the doors in. whippet, great findings for this theme. I particularly like the jewelry box; it's a treasure. Beautiful!

Frank, this is a beautiful image on more than one count -- composition, B&W processing, sharpness. You nailed it!

The Gem of the West Museum in the former Mennonite Brethren Church, that was originally constructed in 1929 and rebuilt in 1938. Coaldale, Alberta. Photo taken April 14, 2020. Clive, I really like the symmetry in your composition. Great choice of post-processing; it goes with the "age" of this church.

Taken from inside, I concentrated on the door handle of my china cabinet. Helen, great thinking out of the box -- concentrating on a detail of the door. Nicely done!

Cottage door taken without leaving home! The original model is called Hay Barn and is small (3x2") with colour that has faded over the years so this was an experiment to see if I could virtually restore it to what might it have looked like originally … Tony Tony, this image takes top honors for subject originality. Great job capturing the details of this model!

The main door to our local church - the notice pinned to it tells us that the church is still very much alive, but has had to close its door because of "The Virus". Very sad. Dennis Dennis, this image is worth 1,000 words. It's beautiful and sad at the same time. Save it for posterity!

Lots of closed doors these days. kdcintx, this is an image which elicits an emotional response. It is sad; unfortunately that’s reality. Very touching!

blackmutt , what a finding -- an old (dilapidated?) barn door! Beautiful image! Great job capturing the details of this "jewel".
