Hi everyone, Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just take a photo that is your interpretation of the theme and post it in this thread. - Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else. - Photoshopping is allowed but should be kept to the basics only rather than a total transformation. - Grab your camera, experiment, and, most of all, have fun. An Organ Pipe Cactus is a tall (20 feet or so) columnar type that blooms at night; here are 2 blooms - each about 1 - 2 inches across  |

The caterpillar that was eating my carrots this morning. If allowed to survive it would turn into a very pretty swallowtail butterfly. Taken with my phone to take advantage of the large depth of field when close up. And that is its front end - mouth down busy munching away.  Tony |

Since most of the rest seem to be doing flowers, I went for prepping my breakfast this morning. Bacon and scrambled eggs with onion, jalapeno and cheese. Not the most inspired image, but it was handy. Didn't even have to get out my macro lens.  |
