One more: A panorama view of a garden that was created from a flat farmers field. Tony Tony, beautiful image -- composition, colors, details! The water reflections are a cherry on top.

Nasturtiums and a fern in a barrel planter on the fire pit area at the summer place. Porcupine Hills in the background. Not many deer inside this summer, so the nasturtiums have survived so far. The leaves are very peppery and you might think that critters would not eat them, but something does and we think it is the deer. If you like watercress, then you will love nasturtium leaves..they taste the same!

HA HA! I took the first nasturtium photo at about 4 PM today, posted it and mentioned deer. Well, just after 6 PM this doe came by and was munching on the "dwarf" lilacs .. dwarf because they eat them constantly...they are just not coming in to eat the nasturtiums...so far!

Cute story, Clive. Didn't know you could eat nasturtium leaves.

Helen Thanks. Was funny that I mentioned the deer and 2 hours later one shows up to eat the lilacs. Nasturtium leaves are peppery and taste like watercress. Clive

Took this last night on a walk. The first sunflowers I have seen this summer. I added a bit more lens flare and lighted the shadows. There is a garden full of these, so I will check again next week! i.ibb.co/02x1zp7/IMG-0670-1361-Edit.jpg

I am pretty stoked about this. In spring 2019 I purchased a yucca plant at a local nursery. There are native yuccas in Alberta down on the Milk River, but I've never seen one. This one is apparently the same species. Anyway, our yucca is in its first full year in the front yard and it has a wonderful flower spike!

Your yucca doesn't look nears as spiky and prickly as ours do here in Colorado. Here each leaf is a dagger, and can leave the unwary hiker with bleeding shins.
