Matt's personal take on this week's theme, after I explained to him what "parallel" was exactly. He had never come across it before. Matthew Matthew, I’m impressed! First time and you nailed your shots. I really like the angle of your 1st shot. The 2nd shot shows you have the eyes of a photographer (just like your parents); you noticed the parallel lines in that rocky formation. Welcome to the WP Challenge! Looking forward to your contributions to this challenge.

billz, great finding. So many parallel lines! I keep going back to your image just to look for more. Impressive interpretation of this theme!

Here are my two from today..... Helen, nice mix of parallel lines -- vertical, horizontal, diagonal. Great job capturing them!

The sun came out, the snow started to melt and so grabbed the camera and did a quick tour looking for parallel lines! Here are three: Tony, you nailed it -- parallel lines, vanishing point. My favorite one is the 2nd shot. Great symmetrical composition!

the only lines not covered in snow Frank, and you captured these parallel lines just in time. The zoom-in approach and the great DOF make it a visually appealing image.

Parallel (although curved ... allowed ) footprints in the fresh snow. Feb 27, 2021. Clive, very nice -- curved parallel footprints. I like how they "flow" across the frame.

Had to do another - the parallel jerker lines that operate wells at a historic oil field which hopefully will move ... Tony Tony, what a shot! I love how you animated those parallel lines. Very clever and well-done!
