An artificial plant in my workplace. Matthew Matthew, perfect for this theme -- an artificial plant. I like how you captured its shadow projected on the wall behind it.

Artificial nails are fashionable and very popular. The shop where they kindly allowed me to photograph this morning was buzzing! Brenda Brenda, you got a winner here. What a clever (and colorful) interpretation of Artificial! I love it!

Spotted this fine pair of swans on this mornings walk ... Tony, beautiful image! Great job capturing the details on their artificial feathers.

I'm failing! I've been looking for phony stuff all week, and other than some artificial flowers in a vase at the mausoleum, nada. So I'll throw myself on the mercy of the International Panel of Judges and post the antithesis. Here's a display of very real, organic veggies from the market today. Meanwhile, I'll keep looking. Bill, nothing to fear from the IPJ. Your dedication to the WP challenge protects you. And, BTW, there is something artificial in your image -- the ground. That’s not a natural ground.

May I add an artificial fish to Helen's Playground?? Cjt, very nice! An artificial fish, color-coordinated with the playground, and . . . out of the water. I like it!

These garden ornaments, created by a local welder, are definitely artificial: Tony, they are beautiful! I love how the welder added a butterfly and a lady bug to the flowers. Great job capturing these artistic creations!

Eureka! While everyone else is out choosing their choices I finally found an artificial (I think) gorilla shinnying up a neighborhood tree. Never underestimate Portland.
