Beautiful, Pete. Would have worked nicely for your rule of odds. Thanks, yes it certainly would have; however this week's challenge is the rule of thirds for composition and this fits the bill. |

I haven’t heard of Dogbane beetles before Clive. Me too.  Here. Reminds me a little bit of the Australian Christmas Beetle, which come in many colours from plain brown to iridescent blues, golds and greens. Cute little bugs that seem to love bashing themselves against windows. A happy sign that Christmas is on the way! link |

A great rain yesterday! Today, the sky in the SW was cosmic with a few lovely lenticular clouds. Here are two views of the Livingstone Range, one with Massacre Butte blocking much of the Livingstone. And, yes, that is fresh snow on the Range.   |
