River valley this morning. Great photos as always.
It was 84° American here yesterday and is heading toward that today; and, it appears that you have got snow.
Usually, it is a lot cooler here in Kentucky, with heavy frost almost always by 10th October, but not this year.
I am not complaining as there is hardly any humidity compared to the heinous humidity we always have in summer; that horrid humidity is what keeps everybody in Kentucky sick most of the time.

Blue jay in our yard this afternoon. I'd just put a handful of peanuts on the deck and it was eyeing them. Three jays were in the yard today. I might have to start a Go Fund Me page so we can buy more peanuts in the shell!

Just a snap on a lovely Sunday arvo on Newcastle, a major coal, iron and steel town of years gone by. She has a wonderful, pure voice .

Wye River meets the ocean, somewhere along the Great Ocean Road, Victoria. Update, the house is finally on the market! Fingers crossed that someone falls in love with it.

Update, the house is finally on the market! Hi Jackie. Good luck. A rarity around these parts. Zero wind. Not a ripple. I took out a couple of minor surface imperfections...floating dead weed parts.

Sharp-shinned hawk in our backyard. I pay good money to feed the sparrows and finches and it eats 'em! It was focused on the house finches and did not care I was quite close.

...watch the feathers fly... The fine here for offing protected species is several thousand dollars. They have to eat and they are tiny so mainly eat invasive house sparrows mainly.

First the view when I looked down from my balcony this morning......and then a section from the street when I came home this afternoon. In honor of Veteran's Day.
