Used my iPhone 8 to try a silly way of illustrating the theme. Did combine and crop to get just one photo. cjt, great example of being creative -- opposite views of your hands. Not silly at all!

Along a trail this morning - sign indicating same trail in opposite directions (fortunately I have the map) And in town the decorations on opposite sides of the lampposts - official flower colours this year are red and white so opposite colours on opposite sides! Tony, One sign, opposite directions, same trail. Not something we usually see. This is Opposite taken to another level. Colorful and cheerful opposites in the 2nd image. Very creative decorations, using opposite flower colors.

Out today I managed to find a few where the opposites are within the same image. Horse heads on the gate posts looking in opposite direction. Front and back tires.......full and flat. Directional arrows pointing in opposite directions. Helen, you indeed found a few opposites the way you hoped for. Great job capturing them!

Jacki, these are really great examples of opposite tree barks. I keep going back to look at them.

There are two species of grass in the road allowance. Their seed heads are two colors that are complementary. They are so because they are opposites on the color wheel. The seed heads are sort of a purple-mauve and yellowy: opposites, yet complementary. July 6, 2022. Clive, Mother Nature was on your side -- with opposite colors. Great finding!

Opposite sides of a Sculpture in a new small park I went to today. Unfortunately, one was in sun, the other in shade. The writing on the front side, says - Bishy Park. (Short for Bishopton). whippet, I don't see it as unfortunate. In addition to the opposite sides of the sculpture, you also got the sun/shade opposites. Nicely done!

Spotted these turtles sunbathing at opposite ends of a log today. Two steps closer and they were gone. Tony, on the right place at the right time. Great capture! Good thing you acted quickly.

High and Low Art Gallery. Buy high, sell low. ;=) Thanks for the theme Dennis, Brenda, and Matthew, and thanks Sepiana for wrangling it all! Bill, what a jewel! Whimsical and grunge-looking opposites. Great finding!
