Pat - That is the screen shot from Elements. window is alt+click on auto, Macs are Option+click on Auto from the levels dialog when adding a levels adjustment layer.

Thank you Pat for posting these wonderful pictures of the Rockies. They are all very good. I am drawn to the second image due to the sky on the right. You have received some excellent suggestions. Your final edit using the third image is excellent. So, coming in very late I don't feel I can offer any suggestions to improve on the processing of the colour images. However, you might wish to consider doing an alternative black and white version using your favourite image. I have posted my take below. Converted to B&W using a gradient map with a levels and Hue/Saturation layer. Used a hue /Saturation layer to add a sepia tint. Added a vignette using Correct camera distortion on a 50% grey layer set to overlay. Combined all layers and added a bit of barrel distortion. Kind regards Chris

Very cool Chris. I hadn't thought of black and white, but will definitely try a few images in b/w!
