Man in Shirt

Played with the freebie texture from Magnolia Textures.
Original Image from Unsplash. I extracted the man from the background and added a layer mask to mask out parts of his image.
I created two copies of the image and applied the cutout filter to one of the copies and the poster edges filter to the other.
Blended them with the darken blend mode.
Added some powder brushes to the background in a couple different colours.
Created a stamped layer.

Using the rectangle tool I drew out a rectangle over the image and Ctrl+J to copy it and added a shadow effect to raise it from the background.
