In this easy Adobe Photoshop Elements photo editing project we will create a nice blended look going from a full color image around the subject to a black and white background. For this Photoshop Elements project we will need to center the couple in the photo, extend the background to the left, create the black and white background, then blend the color foreground into the black and white background.
