Very nice effect with the 3 panels. Did you make the panels in PSE? Really like them.

Yes Clive I made them myself. If you click on the Custom Shape tool and then choose Crop Shapes there are several nice shapes there you can choose to create this template or you can make your own with shapes you create yourself.
You start off with each shape on it's own layer and place them in position on your page to suit your image and when you are happy with the placement merge the shapes together into one layer. With the image above the shapes layer right click on the image layer and choose create clipping mask and that clips the image to the shapes. If you then select the shapes layer you can place a drop shadow or a bevel effect to emphasize the shapes.
