My son asked me to do pics of three cats which can be inserted into a locket for his fiancee. (....these were her three favorite photos.) I tried doing the project using a blank photo 25mm square (that is the max size of the circular locket). The resulting photo had very poor quality resolution. I have since enlarged it back to the normal size used by my camera and the quality is much better. (I ran the whole thing through Topaz Sharpen once for the three cats, and once more for the orange cat.) The problem I have now is how to print this at locket size. How can I reduce it without losing quality.

I just created a new doc 25mm square at 300 ppi and dragged and resized your image (Ctrl/CMD+t). Does this work?

such a simple solution! I did it the hard way, creating the document first and then bringing the images in. I'll send it to my son and see if works. Thanks.

I had done something similar...just converted your image to a smart object first. Seems that may not have been necessary.
