Problem loading Elements 23

I recently purchased Elements & premier elements 23 and trying to install on my computer which has some older versions of elements on it., and it would not install so did live chat with adobe and their advice was to uninstall the older version of elements i didn't want to do that so i put it on another computer and it loaded no problems. I would love to have it on the computer where all the older versions are. It seems elements 23 they are taking good things like being able to burn a DVD away and maybe other things i haven't discovered yet away. and all the other old versions would load on this computer without any issues i believe they are not improving.just wanted to know if others had this issue.

Hi transformer,

I have PSE 2023 installed on two computers (Windows 11 Pro and Windows 10 Pro). On both computers I also have 12 older PSE versions. No problems with the installation of PSE 2023. All versions are living together in perfect harmony and working flawlessly.

transformer, I was thinking the same thing.

1. Does your computer meet the system requirements recommended by Adobe?
2. Do you get any error messages during the installation?
3. Have you tried these Adobe troubleshooting suggestions?
