I am using Elements 2021 with an Epson XP15000 printer.
Today I added Epson Print Layout (EPL):-
www.epson.co.uk/en_GB/apps-software/epson-print-layout> epson649657eu.exe. Run this exe and it puts a plugin in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2021\Plug-Ins.
To open in Elements select Automation Tools > Epson Print Layout; not the Print command.
In Print in Elements there is the option of Borderless printing. If selected there is the option to a adjust the amount of expansion; min, mid or max.
However in EPL you adjust the image size. I turn on Rear Feed-Borderless, I load my photo papers there, check Expansion, do not check Scale to fit, select Centre then size image to 212mm x 301mm I.e. 2mm in each dimension.
I am still experimenting so time will tell if I carry on using this app. or return to Print.
