Following on from Lillias's copying of a Flamenco dancer (great stuff , I copied these speakers to see how realistic I could make them. They look pretty much like the real thing. There isn't any photographic content to them, just drawn them the best I can in Xara Designer. The speaker grilles start by being a single 'o', duplicated, then two 'o's  duplicated, then 4 and so on until there are enough to make a grille that can be digitally cut to shape. The o's have no fill and so are transparent..

They look terrific Mart. Thanks for explaining how you made the grilles. They are very realistic looking and I like the way you have done the gradients.

I have been using the software since 2008. Version 19 is about a year or more old. This was the last 'single purchase' version and it is no longer for available for download. It has gone subscription now. No more updates for version 19 but it is working as it should and I'll keep it for as long as it does.
