Red Rock Parkway and Mount GalweyOne with the road and one without. I am not keen on roads in scenic photos, but perhaps sometimes it works. Comments on the road are welcome. Thanks. Both are 13-shot panoramas. They were cropped to suit after stitching. The dot to the right of the horsetail cloud is the (waning crescent) moon. Will posts some bear photos tomorrow. A great day. Nice shot, Clive. I think in this instance the road is a distraction and without it the cloud becomes a great focal point and provides enough interest itself.
Sans road also provides far better balance with the distant peak being a larger component.

I like them both. I love the way the road leads right to the cloud. But that is why I never know where to crop!

The road adds perspective but both are nice. The road one seems less constricted if that makes sense

I prefer the road. I like how it leads the eye to the mountains

Another vote for the road.
