That looks like a kind of mother of pearl effect Mart. It does. Some of those Painnt filters are pretty effective. Painnt is available from the Microsoft Store. Not free without a Painnt logo on the results but I suppose there would be ways and means. This is the vector image before the filter was applied..  |

This is the vector image before the filter was applied.. The vector image is really nice. I think I actually prefer it to the one with the Painnt filter applied. It has a much cleaner sharper look to it. |
