It's that time of year when people are enjoying the festivities during the run-up to Christmas ..but it's looking a bit quiet in this street at the moment. Maybe that will change. I hope the photograph lends itself to some ideas. - Photograph by step-svetlana - Pixabay.  |

Used the Spektral Art filter that Tom told us about. Layered that over the original and brought back the lettering on the signs. Added the woman from StockSolo. Matched the color by blurring the background and using that color to create a solid color adjustment layer....adjusted the opacity. Did the bag separately using the same process. Looks like a beautiful place to visit.  |
