- Created the composite with a photo I took in Laguna Beach, CA. - Applied a Color Lookup adjustment layer (Deep Blue Lomo). - Frame effect done with Filter Forge (Matching Frame).  |

BG from Pixabay. All other items from Hiclipart. Took the image into Topaz Studio - Impression-Urban and applied the Graphic Sketch filter. Back in PSE I inverted the image to obtain the negative film effect.  |
