Some of my first attempts at using techniques from Photoshop Elements 4. The background was custom made by yours truly. photos: cats4jan
I'm pretty sure this one was made using a template because it's much better than the other two Never realized digital scrapbooking would become a 20 year obsession which I have enjoyed more than I can say Again, I made the background - mainly because I did not own any scrapbook kits - and I clipped the text to my background paper - and added layer styles to just about everything on the page I still like this one. Such fun

Never realized digital scrapbooking would become a 20 year obsession which I have enjoyed more than I can say. Scrapbooking is your passion and we all need to be passionate about something. Good for you Janice. Taking photos of anything keeps me going mentally and physically. Keep on scrapping!

I know you have inspired me to try to create a page now and then, and have definitely made me more appreciative of scrapping in general. Right now I am in the process of clipping pictures to the number of my son-in-law's upcoming birthday. Once finished I will print and frame for his birthday this weekend. I am so happy that I am able to create this personalized gift for him as a result of what I have learned from you and Lillias on this board. Oh and I really like the background you created on the bottom page......looks kind of like a gold mirror.

As Clive said - keep on scrapping Janice.
