PSE 2024 has a feature that allows the use of Adobe Stock images. www.youtube.com/watch?v=yDjnuEret50I tried it yesterday and today but can't get it to work. Am I doing something wrong or is their website down? Kind regards Chris

Chris, This could be caused by a traffic problem with the Adobe servers. They are busy! When this happens, check if the Adobe Stock site is up and running. Go to Adobe Stock. If this situation persists, I strongly suggest you contact Adobe to rule out the possibility of a problem with your copy of PSE 2024.

The Adobe Stock site is active. I don't have a subscription with them, but I assume that the "Licence for free" button should work with PSE 2024. If the problem persists I will contact Adobe support. Kind regards Chris

Yes, access to Adobe Stock from within PSE 2024 is free. See . . . photoshopelementsandmore.com/post/125101

Chris, I get the same exact message you got on my PSE 24, ("We're unable to process your request. Please try again later.")
Yet, PSE 25 Adobe Stock is now finally working for me today.

Thank you all for your comments and help. I have finally solved the issue with help from Adobe. I went to the Adobe support page here: helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen After a few seconds the Adobe virtual assistant popped up. I filled in the details and the virtual assistant was unable to solve the problem and opened a chat session with an Adobe support agent. With my consent, the Adobe support agent opened remote assistance with screen sharing. He tried several things. 1- Checked the Adobe stock home page was working on my PC. It worked fine 2- Went to the Adobe app data files and renamed some Adobe files and restarted PS Elements to rebuild those files. I think that reset all the preferences. That did not solve the problem. 3- Asked for my permission to do a clean install of PSE 2024. I declined because that would mean I would have to reinstall all my plugins again. 4- Changed the user account to the default Administrator account and launched PSE to see if it would work there. However I could not log in at the time because I did not have my password handy. 5- Went back to my normal user account and logged out and asked me to log in again. It took me a while to find my password and I succeeded logging in. And voilĂ , Adobe stock started working just fine! So after all of that, all that was needed was to go to Help/Sign out and then sign in again. I hope this solution will work for anyone else who experiences this problem. Kind regards Chris

My PSE 2024 Adobe Stock problems were solved by turning off the first 5 Taskbar Settings in Windows 10.
I had to call Adobe Support, (Google the phone number), for the fix.
