I created the BG of this page by dint of layering three textures by 2 LilOwls and using blend modes and layer masks together with various brushes to blend them with each other. For the sake of those who might not be familiar with this -
Notice in my layers panel that for two of the texture layers I added a black layer mask which makes those layers seem to disappear on your page but with the black layer mask selected and using a brush with white as the colour you can then brush back parts of that texture to view. Using a variety of shapes and opacities of brushes helps with the sort of abstract look. I also added a brayered mask by French Kiss Designs at a much reduced opacity to blend it into the BG The image is from Pixabay. I extracted the subject from her background and changed to B&W. I applied a Posterize adjustment layer and also an Unsharp mask to the extracted subject layer. Then I clipped another texture by 2 LilOwls to the subject layer and gave it the blend mode of Colour. To finish I added a Posterize adjustment layer at the top of the layers panel. Experiment - This could be tweaked in so many ways depending on the textures used, the blend modes, the use of layer masks and brushes used etc; etc;

For the sake of those who might not be familiar with this - Well, that is me for sure. My brain melts when I read your processes. Good work. Nice effect. Goldfinger-esque.

Only when you see the layers panel you can apricate your work, Lillias, nice.
I've never seen a James Bond film, Clive, did you edit that image.
