A rise in the ground between the camera and the structures makes them appear shorter than they really are.
To put things into perspective, almost hidden below the grass line, there are three Martin houses with multiple apartments in front of the Silo; these are probably a minimum of twenty feet high and probably higher.
It is 3/10-Mile, 512-Yards, from the camera to the Silo.
