Hi everyone,
Experiment and, most of all, have fun with this image. Take a cue from the lake water and let your creative juices flow! Looking forward to seeing your "concoctions".

Thanks Sepiana for starter image. I was wanting to do a Norman Rockwell Effect on this. But I couldn't find a good tutorial on it. So I just played with it to get an aged B&W.

Jackie -- Now that kid knows why they always said "Don't go in the water!". Great idea and execution!
Mike -- I really like the aged look. What technique did you use to achieve this effect?

The patterned dithering effect was created with Filter Forge.

Thanks for commenting Sepiana. I didn't really follow a technique per say a tutorial. I did a basic B&W conversion in Lightroom, and some adjustments. Then I opened it up in PSE and put a couple of filters on it, and added some noise. The filters I used was Chalk & Charcoal, Dust & Scratches, Palette Knife. Great job everyone. The all look nice.

This one really stimulated the imagination, it seems. Great ideas and such very good work by every one.
I used a couple of Topaz Simplify filters and a Chalk Painting by Dynamic Auto Painter.

Mike, thanks! I don't believe I ever used the Dust & Scratches filter. I need to give it a chance.
