EDIT If you look at the quantity in the post above you see that there are 3 items, that is why the price is coming up at $239.97! I emptied the cart so the link should work now but the windows/mac option is greyed out. Perhaps Sepiana will get this figured out when she comes on. Once you fill in the "I own" box, the "Platform" box will activate itself.

I have trouble with the site. I can't change the "Windows" to "Mac" This is in Chrome. In safari and firefox I can't open Adobe at all. Every time I open the site, it adds on one more item. I can't change it.

Ah! I finally got it. Had a hard time changing Windows to Mac. Finally just clicking around on everything and finally hit it right.
Thank you all for your patience and help. I was about to give up. Adobe is not my favorite company. They could learn a lot from Apple.
Anyway, many thanks.
Berie

Marianne, which buttons are you talking about? If you need help we need more details.

I have downloaded PE14 and while I can get the program to find my Topaz files, it can't seem to find My Perfect Effects software from OnOne. It should come in under File, Automation Tools.
What do I need to do to get PE14 to recognize the OnOne suite?

Pat,
Just run the installer. It should be fine. Anyway, that's what I did.

What do you mean by "installer"? I installed PE14, but it did not pick up any of my plug-ins. I redirected PE14 to find my Topaz plug-ins, but nothing shows up under File, Automation Tools, ....which is where my OnOne plug-ins usually show up.

I am talking about running the installer (.exe file) for the onOne plug-ins. When you get a new version of Elements, you need to install the plug-ins. For many plug-ins (ex.: the Topaz plug-ins) this can be done manually by copying the plug-in files from the Plug-Ins folder in the older version of Elements into the same folder in the new version. However, in the case of the onOne plug-ins, this manual installation is not recommended.
BTW, you didn't say which version of Elements you were using before. This could make all the difference in the world. Elements 14 is a 64-bit application.

Thanks Sepiana. I had Elements 13 and I did copy the Topaz plug-ins (64bit) over to Elements 14. I tried reinstalling the On One Suite from the On One site, but the installation would not complete - I kept getting an error.
Am I supposed to remove the OnOne suite from my computer first and then reinstall it? [I use the Perfect Effects sharpener on all of my images and I really miss it!)

Marianne, which buttons are you talking about? If you need help we need more details. Sepiana, the buttons (in lack of the right word) are the ones where you can change from "Windows" to "Mac", from i.e 1 item to 2 items The Download button, the Buy button; the site is dead. And in my country they offer no chat. I use the link I'm provided with in the first post. However I get automatically sent to the Norwegian site, which is normal, that's what happens every time. I will try to get access to the USA site, if I only could figure out how.

No, I cleared my cookies, and got the USA site, but that one is dead too. Safari won't open the site, nor does Firefox. I feel that I'm banned.
