That was the trial version, but that's ok. I can buy it later.

Thanks Sepiana. I had Elements 13 and I did copy the Topaz plug-ins (64bit) over to Elements 14. I tried reinstalling the On One Suite from the On One site, but the installation would not complete - I kept getting an error. Am I supposed to remove the OnOne suite from my computer first and then reinstall it? [I use the Perfect Effects sharpener on all of my images and I really miss it!) Pat,
There is no need to go back to the onOne site and make another download of their suite. You should have the .exe file on your computer from when you first got their product. All you have to do is run the .exe file and the Wizard will locate Elements 14 and proceed with the installation.
If the installation failed and you got an error message, then . . . it looks like the problem is not with Elements. At this point I would strongly suggest you contact onOne.

Sepiana, the buttons (in lack of the right word) are the ones where you can change from "Windows" to "Mac", from i.e 1 item to 2 items The Download button, the Buy button; the site is dead. And in my country they offer no chat. Marianne,
I don't really know why you are having this problem. This purchase order form has been used by Adobe since at least Elements 7 (the first version I purchased directly from Adobe). The boxes are to be filled in a sequential order. For example, the Platform box (Windows//Mac) box won't get activated until you first fill the information in the "I own" box.
If the problem persists I strongly suggest you contact Adobe. You could post in either the Adobe Feedback or in the Adobe Photoshop Elements forum. You just use your Adobe ID to sign in. Adobe employees are a constant presence in these forums. They are better qualified to help you.

Thanks Sepiana. I went back to the OnOne site and downloaded the suite again. This time though, once the .exe file was loaded, instead of double-clicking on the link, I hit Open and ran the file as Administrator. The software then picked up both my Elements 13 and Elements 14. Everything is just peachy again!

Just adding some clarification.
I believe Adobe created this page with the installer replacements to accommodate situations such as when someone purchased the boxed version of Elements from an online or local retailer and then misplaced the disk. That's why you are required to enter the serial number.
The Adobe page you should use to purchase Elements 14 remains the one mentioned in the first post in this thread -- www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-elements.html?PID=6159344
And, if anyone is interested in downloading the free trial version, here is the "official" Adobe page. Scroll down to the "Still deciding?" section towards the bottom of the page.

NOTE: You will be required to sign in with your Adobe ID to download the trial version.

Sepiana, I did not know what to do. I downloaded the trial version from the link I posted. In the link you posted there was no way that I could enter anything in those boxes. In any order. They were not responsive. I'm sorry you don't believe me. I'm not a genius with computers, but I have managed to download and operate programs and apps for several years. I hope everyone else can manage to download Elements without all the trouble and hazzle that I've had. I'm not in good health and I don't think I will use my energy to contact Adobe.. there are no chat line for my country, and to call them and speak English is to much for me.
Now I have the trial version, so I think I can pay for it within a month.
The login "box" were not responsive either.

Marianne,
I believe you. I am just intrigued why the buttons are not responding. I am not a computer expert. I don't really know what is going on. It could be a browser problem, etc.
As a side note -- I have been following the reports in the Adobe forums to see if someone else is having the same kind of problem. No luck so far.
If you don't feel comfortable calling Adobe, you could just post in the Adobe forums (links posted earlier in this thread). You are bound to get help from the Adobe staff.

Hi marriane. Just a thought, try clearing internet history and deleting cookies. Sometimes that's helped me when the web is playing up. X

Thanks so much, Sepiana! I'm relieved that you believe me. As for the browser; I tried Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. Safari and Firefox wouldn't even let me open Adobe's site. -Maybe it's due to much traffic, my county is very small and may have to wait.. (Can that even happen a part from in my imagination.. haha.) -I think I'm good for now, since I got to download the trial version. I will rock the boat if something goes wrong when I shall purchase it. Thanks for the support. Hi marriane. Just a thought, try clearing internet history and deleting cookies. Sometimes that's helped me when the web is playing up. X Thanks, Shaun. That was my thought too. I cleared the log and deleted the cookies. That helped as far as the amount of items regards, but not on anything else.

Thank you so much, Sepiana. I save that link! What an effort you make! One would need a map to find anything in that site! -The chat is in english though, but I think I'll manage if I take my time.

And for those of you who never got the ACR 9.1 update (Help>Updates) in Elements 13 . . .
Elements 14 gets shipped with this update. I just checked my PSE13 update and the only one available is "Adobe Application Manager". Is that ACR 9.1? If not, I guess I already have 9.1 ? I don't use raw anyway, so I guess it doesn't matter.

Jim,
This is the Camera Raw Update. Theoretically, ACR 9.0 is the last update for Elements 13. However, some users of this version got the ACR 9.1 update. I don't really know why. You can read all about it in this THREAD.
You can check which version of ACR you have by going to Help>About Plug-In>Camera Raw . . .

Marianne,
Do you use an anti-virus program? If so, then turn it off for the download. Then remember to turn it back on.
