Craig, this is a great starter image. One can do a lot with it.
- Applied the Comic filter (Filter>Sketch> . . .)
- Ran the file through ON1 Effects 10.
- Applied a snow overlay by Forabella.
- Applied a clear frame layer style by Jodi.

 Added a couple of friends and then used Topaz Impression to unify the look........actually to hide the fact that I couldn't get them to blend well with the overall scene.  |
