This has just happened... whenever I now edit/amend a file in Editor and save it I get a 'broken document' icon in Organiser. I can send and reopen the 'broken' file again in Editor but I can't open the thumbnail in Organiser or send the file to any Album I have. Help!

Ok. Thanks for the instructions though these seem to be for a PC(Windows) I use a Macbook pro. I can't seem to find anyway into the thumb.5.cache you mention. I would note that the broken document/link icons have now disappeared from Organiser. However, the Editor amended files are in my file on the hard drive but Organiser doesn't seem to be picking them up.

No joy so far. When I try Edit>Get Photos and Video I can see the files in Finder and in the correct folder. But they are 'greyed over' and Organiser tells me it can't get these files as they're 'the wrong file type'. This I don't understand as I've saved them as 'psd's'.
These were bracketed shots combined in Photomatrix Pro 5 opened in Editor as Tiff files and changed to the correct file type before I continued working on them in Editor.
I've done this plenty of times before without this problem.

Sorry I meant 'unsupported file type' not 'wrong file type'
