Hi, As per title I find myself wanting to use this quite a few times. I have a photo of which I need the draw/create a box/rectangle etc then just fill it using the paint bucket. Is there a simple way to do this. I'm currently doing new file then drag it into photo etc etc. Just seems long winded when if you could have something like the crop tool to draw the border then fill, done ?

Let me see if I understand it. Do you want the box/rectangle to be positioned on top of the image? If so, . . .
1. Create a blank layer. 2. Use the Rectangular Marquee tool (M) to draw the box/rectangle. 3. Fill the box/rectangle with the color or your choice.
NOTE: If needed, use Free Transform (Ctrl-T) to resize/reposition the rectangle/box.

Set your foreground color chip to white Activate the Shape Selection Tool, which has a Rectangle Tool (Keyboard shortcut U) Drag out the white box to suit.

Just adding some clarification.
If you know which color you want to fill your rectangle/box with, just set the Foreground color to it. When you activate the Rectangle Tool, that color will automatically appear in the Tool Options bar indicating that Elements will use that color for the tool. This will save you a step -- to have to use the Paint Bucket tool.
I have a photo of which I need the draw/create a box/rectangle etc then just fill it using the paint bucket.
