Ive been having issues where i was unable to change text colour. I have noticed that when i select a new file etc its defaulted to Grayscale where it should be RGB. How has this happened & how do i change the default please. ![]() |

This happened to me recently. I tried a couple of things which made no difference but after rebooting my PC everything was back to normal. I opened a thread about the matter at the time and Sepiana provided some helpful suggestions. Before you try my suggestions in the other thread, I would recommend you begin with the most basic troubleshooting step -- delete the Preferences file. This would rule out a corrupted Preferences file. According to the Help file, . . .
In BillieJean's case, she had already done this and it didn't work; that's why I stepped up the troubleshooting. However, we don't really know what is causing the problem in your case. Let's start with the basics and go from there! |

Hi,
Just switching on the pc this morning seems to have cleared the problem and rgb is now shown.

Great news! It looks like once again it is a software glitch. I will check if this problem has been reported to Adobe. If not, I will submit a report.
