6 of the most essential but underused camera features

I came across this article today on the Digital Photography School website, a site I visit regularly and which has taught me a lot.

The article covers some essential camera features which I think everyone should be familiar with and use, but seem to be not on everyone's must use list.

So, hopefully some of you will find this helpful (I know I did).

Great article. I really liked #6 (single AF point) as it could have made a huge difference in countless photos I have taken which ended up being deleted because the spot I really wanted in focus wasn't. I will try to make a conscious effort to employ this method in future.

I would like to add a #7 - use back button focusing. It takes a bit to get used to it - but have never looked back.

I have tried back button focusing and just could not get on with it. All my photos that day turned out blurry (thankfully no important ones just a day out to the park). So I gave up on that one to be perhaps tried again at a later stage.
