If, like me, you visit several different photography websites you cannot have missed the hype about this new software called Plotagraph Pro. It takes your photograph and animates parts of it. Sounds great, doesn't it? Yeah, until you see the price tag; $300 per year in the first year and then $350 every year thereafter. No longer that nice. However, it seems somebody has come up with some Photoshop Actions that will give you a very similar effect. The article on this, explaining what it does, and the steps needed, can be found here. Please note that I have not tried to download these actions yet (that's this weekend's fun!), so I cannot vouch for them. Oh, and it is donationware, as the article mentions. I can see a lot of fun ahead of us with this and if I get anything that is reasonably good over the weekend I will share it and hope you do the same!

I've seen the hype. I'm curious to see how the actions work for you Simone.

Well, I have downloaded the action and started to view the video, but probably need some time to view and learn (as I have only just started using PS CC this past week or so!).
