The holidays didn't keep people from submitting some fine images to the gallery this week. Here are my top picks:
A Glorious fly-over by dandc
The kind of image that lifts the spirit and invites us to pause and wonder at the beauty of Nature.
Frozen Spiderweb Tpgettys
A scene somewhat familiar to many of our members at this time of year, Tom's image shouts "COLD"! I liked the icicles and colors on the lamppost.....the spider's web was an extra bonus. Well seen, Tom.
Wish Upon a Star @storkington
I liked this a lot. All of the elements blend together beautifully and result in a fantasy image worthy of a broader audience than our little forum!
My choice for IOW was this unique view by Sydney A View to the Dome of the Liverpool (UK) Library
Infused with Sydney's stylistic use of color I was intrigued with this well thought-out composition.
Congratulations to everyone who submitted images this week.....you made picking my selections a difficult choice.....complicated by the opinions of family members who were drawn to images that weren't included above. Just goes to show you how subjective our choices are.
